1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ItsLeadHub's website (itsleadhub.com) or SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. SEO Services
ItsLeadHub provides specialized SEO services for contractors, including but not limited to:
- Search engine optimization for contractors, roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, painters, and home remodelers
- Local SEO and Google My Business optimization
- Keyword research and content optimization
- Technical SEO audits and implementation
- Monthly reporting and analytics
- Link building and online reputation management
3. Service Terms
3.1 No Guarantee of Results
While we use industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases due to the nature of search engine algorithms and competition.
3.2 Timeline
SEO results typically begin showing within 3-6 months. Significant results may take 6-12 months depending on competition and current website status.
3.3 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information
- Grant necessary website access for optimization
- Respond to requests for information timely
- Maintain website hosting and domain registration
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement and may include:
- Monthly retainer fees paid in advance
- One-time setup or audit fees
- Additional charges for extra services
Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by ItsLeadHub for your website remains your property upon full payment. Our methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the service period. This includes business strategies, customer data, and SEO techniques.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Client retains all paid-for work
- Outstanding payments become immediately due
- Access credentials must be returned or deleted
- Monthly reports will cease
8. Limitation of Liability
ItsLeadHub's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or search engine penalties.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ItsLeadHub harmless from any claims arising from your website content, products, services, or violation of these terms.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Spam or deceptive practices
- Violating search engine guidelines
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with your service agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ItsLeadHub.
